My name is Ryan Suchorab, I am the owner of Compound Fitness YXE. I am a certified Personal Trainer Specialist through canfitpro, and also have a background in kinesiology. I have a passion for health and fitness and would love to help you start or continue on your fitness journey!
My background includes extensive experience in sports and fitness, including playing high-level hockey and working with olympic level trainers throughout my career.
I specialize in strength training and functional mobility work. Whether you are looking to gain strength, lose weight, or improve range of motion and minimize joint pain; I can provide you with workouts and tools specific to you and your goals!
